What is the buyer's premium?
A buyer's premium of 5% of the final bid price is added to the winning bid to determine the total purchase price. For example, a winning bid of $2,000,000 results in a total purchase price of $2,100,000.
What is the minimum bid increment?
Minimum bid increments are $10,000 for bids under $2,000,000 and $25,000 for bids at or above $2,000,000.
What is required to register as a bidder?
Bidders must complete KYC verification, provide government-issued photo ID, submit proof of funds or a pre-qualification letter, and agree to the auction terms and conditions.
How does the soft-close rule work?
If any bid is placed within the final 5 minutes of the auction, the closing time is automatically extended by 5 minutes. This continues until no bids are placed in the final 5-minute window.
Is the property sold as-is?
Yes. The property is sold in its current as-is, where-is condition. Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct all due diligence, inspections, and investigations prior to bidding.
What happens if the winning bidder cannot close?
The earnest money deposit is non-refundable if the winning bidder fails to close for any reason other than a title defect. The seller reserves the right to offer the property to the next highest bidder.
